At Un_Identity, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy to make the process as easy as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and all original packaging contents.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Underwear and swimwear
2.2 Return Process
  1. Initiate a Return: Log into your account, go to "Orders", select your order and click "Return", then fill out the form with your reason.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the items in original packaging and include the return form.
  3. Shipping Your Return: Affix the provided return label and drop off at the nearest shipping facility.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3.2 Partial Refunds

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) may be eligible for a partial refund.

3.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
3. If still unresolved, email us at info@unidentityclothing.com.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, return your item and place a new order for the replacement.
