2.3. "Products" refers to all clothing, accessories, and related items offered for sale on our website.

4. Products and Services

4.1. We offer clothing and related products for sale on our website. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, sizing information, and prices. However, we do not warrant that all product information is error-free. Where an error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel an affected order and issue a full refund.

4.3. Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings and digital rendering.

5. Ordering and Payment

5.1. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5.2. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
- Tabby (buy-now-pay-later installment payments, subject to Tabby's own terms and eligibility)

5.3. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any payment method at our discretion without prior notice.

5.4. All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated. For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or foreign transaction fees — these are outside our control.

5.5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or unavailability of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1. We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, and public holidays.

6.2. Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the products to your specified delivery address. Prior to delivery, risk remains with us.

6.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

6.4. For international orders (Bahrain, Egypt, India, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia), customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, where those laws provide greater protection than our standard policy.
